Francis Jomo, MBA
President and CEO
Francis holds a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in human services from Indiana Tech. Francis has over 10 years of experience working in social work, from direct support professional to waiver case manager. Francis has strong leadership skills and is good at motivating team members through personal dedication to quality, constructive dialogue, and an uncompromised work ethic.
Dana Jomo, MSW, LSW
Vice-President and CFO
Dana holds a master's degree in social work from Boston University and is a licensed social worker. She also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology. Dana has pride in the quality of her work and will perform even the most menial tasks to remove project obstacles to get the job done. She has excellent skills in guiding, motivating, training and mentoring others.
Director of Supported Living
Angela has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University. Angela is an experienced leader with strengths in communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. She has completed several internships and work experiences directly related to Criminal Justice, Psychology, Mental Health, and Law.
Director of Behavior Management
Brittney has a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Butler University and is currently enrolled in WGU's MBA program. Brittney comes to Sky Point with several years experience as a child and family program director at a foster care agency in Fort Wayne. Brittney has a passion for helping children and families as well as supporting those who work in the field by nourishing healthy relationships.
Director of Wraparound Services
Jena has a master's degree in psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in music with a specialization in music therapy. Jena’s experiences in the field include being a Waiver case manager where she developed and updated person-centered plans for individuals on the Medicaid Waiver. Jena is certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention and Mandt Technique.
Klinton Krouse, PSYD, HSPP
Dr. Krouse is a Licensed Health Services Provider in Psychology (HSPP) in the state of Indiana and has a doctrate degree in in clinical psychology. Dr Krouse has experience providing supervision in treatment interventions with children, adolescents, and adults. from diverse cultural, social and economic backgrounds.
Kathleen (Kay) Roy,PSYD, HSPP
Dr. Roy is also a Licensed Health Service Provider In Psychology (HSPP) and holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. Her experiences include Adlerian Psychotherapy with individuals, marriage and family. She has also done psycho-diagnostic testing for low incident handicapped children among other things.
Rachel Blakey, BA
Director of Human Resources
Rachel graduated from Huntington University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Rachel has many years of experience working with individuals with disabilities from direct care to supervisor. She has training in crisis management interventions and emotional support. Rachel has proven through her experiences to be a great leader with an outstanding work ethic.
