Francis Jomo, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Francis holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Indiana Tech. Francis has over 10 years of experience working in social work, from Direct Support Professional to Waiver Case Manager. Francis has strong leadership skills and is good at motivating team members through personal dedication to quality, constructive dialogue, and an uncompromised work ethic.
Dana Jomo, MSW, LSW
Chief Culture Officer
Dana holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston University and is a licensed social worker. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology. Dana has pride in the quality of her work and will perform even the most menial tasks to remove project obstacles to get the job done. She has excellent skills in guiding, motivating, training, and mentoring others.
Angela Weaver, BS
Director of Supported Living
Angela has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University. Angela is an experienced leader with strengths in communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. She has completed several internships and work experiences directly related to Criminal Justice, Psychology, Mental Health, and Law. Angela has extensive knowledge of social services and oversees the Supported Living Department, Billing, and Marketing Committee.
Brittney Collins, BA
Director of Behavior Management
Brittney has a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Butler University and is currently enrolled in WGU's MBA program. Brittney comes to Sky Point with several years of experience as a child and family program director. Brittney has a passion for helping children and families as well as supporting those who work in the field by nourishing healthy relationships.
Brittney oversees Behavior Management, Wraparound Services, and Counseling Services.
Rachel Blakey, BA
Director of Human Resources
Rachel graduated from Huntington University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Rachel has many years of experience working with individuals with disabilities from direct care to supervisor. She has training in crisis management interventions and emotional support. Rachel has proven through her experiences to be a great leader with an outstanding work ethic. Rachel oversee the onboarding process, employee retention and morale, and serves as the Company Compliance Officer.
Catherine Roberts, BS
Director of Employment Services
Cathy graduated from Tusculum College with a Bachelors's Degree in Organizational Management. Cathy brings a lifetime of experience to the Sky Point team, including her past work in social services as a Human Resources Director. Cathy has a passion for serving those with disabilities to find fulfilling and meaningful employment. Cathy has developed relationships with Vocational Rehabilitation and several businesses across Northeast Indiana. Cathy is also a certified Benefit Information Network (BIN) liason.
