Sky Point Social Services Named One of Indiana’s 2026 Best Places to Work

We’re excited to share some incredible news—Sky Point Social Services has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana!

This recognition is organized by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Workforce Research Group, and it highlights organizations across the state that are setting the standard for workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall satisfaction. The program is designed to identify employers who not only do great work in their communities, but also create environments where employees feel valued, supported, and proud to show up every day.

This honor means a great deal to us because it reflects something we care deeply about building a workplace where people feel a true sense of belonging, purpose, and connection.

A Meaningful Achievement

The feedback and insights collected through this program are incredibly valuable as we continue to grow and strengthen our culture together. Most importantly, this recognition is a direct reflection of our staff's: voices, experiences, and commitment to Sky Point.

Because of our staff's participation and feedback, Sky Point ranked 21 out of 50 companies in the Medium Company category at the Best Places to Work awards dinner.

A few members of our Leadership Team attended the Best Places to Work Awards Dinner in Indianapolis on May 13, 2026, where we had the honor of accepting this recognition Award on behalf of our entire organization. While the award was presented at the event, it truly belongs to every member of the Sky Point team.
