"In honor of his irreplaceable contributions to Sky Point Social Services, we remember and officially induct Everett “Wayne” Turner into the Sky Point Social Services Hall of Fame.Wayne was a foundational team member who joined Sky Point in June 2017, and faithfully served for over five years before becoming our very first retiree on September 2022. Wayne passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025, and tonight we honor both his service and the remarkable man he was. Steady, joyful, and deeply compassionate, Wayne served others with unwavering kindness and a smile that left a lasting impact on clients and coworkers alike. Wayne’s legacy at Sky Point is one of kindness, service, and heart. His life reminds us that the most meaningful impact often comes from showing up consistently with love, humility, and a sincere desire to help others. It is our honor to induct Everett “Wayne” Turner into the Sky Point Social Services Hall of Fame. His memory lives on in the lives he touched, the teammates he encouraged, and the example he set for all of us. Thank you, Wayne, for everything. You will always be part of the Sky Point family."

Keynote Speaker
Donovan A. Coley Sr.
We were thrilled to have our keynote speaker for Sky Point’s Banquet be Donovan A. Coley Sr. As an immigrant to the U.S., Donovan pursued education and purpose with passion, eventually serving 17 years in leadership at The Fort Wayne Rescue Mission Ministries—two as a board member and later as President Emeritus. He now leads Discipleship Stewardship Ministries and DSN International LLC, both focused on developing leaders and organizations “one at a time.”
Donovan holds a master’s from Trinity International University, an honorary Doctorate from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is completing his Doctorate in Ministry. His life’s work reflects a deep commitment to transformation, faith, and community.

Jack Ryan
We were thrilled to have our host for Sky Point’s Banquet be Jack Ryan. He has a passion for community building as he credits his spiritual development to the great communities God has placed him in.
Jack knows that spiritual formation comes from relationship with other believers. When he moved to Fort Wayne, IN, as a new believer in 2024, he was suddenly immersed in Christ-centered relationships. Jack serves with DSN to encourage believers to pursue deep relationship with each other, no matter how hurtful it can be or has been in the past.
