Our Services
PROVIDING AN ARRAY OF SERVICES IN HELPING INDIVIDUALS LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AND HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
We provide various services to those referred by Vocational Rehabilitation(VR). This assist individuals obtain community employment by reaching the different milestones along the way. These services include: Discovery, Individual Job Development and Placement, and Support.
THERAPEAUTIC SERVICES
We provide various services to those referred by the Department of Child Services (DCS), Juvenile Probation, and Court. These services include: Home-Based Therapy, In-Office Counseling, Home-based Casework (Skills Building), and Family Preservation. We also work with various community partners to ensure long-term success!
WAIVER SERVICES
We provide various services to those on the Indiana Medicaid Waiver. These include: Behavior Management, Residential Habilitation and Support (RHS, non 24/7 group homes), Day Habilitation- Individual (DHI), Participant Assistance and Care (PAC), Respite, Extended Services, and more!
