NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS WITH PREFERRED CAREGIVERS
Due to the current crisis, we understand how important it is now, more than ever, to provide quality services to our community. With the constant change of services and closures of important programs, we know our community needs help and we are here to fill that void.
With changes made by the Indiana Medicaid Waiver during this trying time, we can now hire Preferred Caregivers at a record speed with generous extensions on training requirements. Preferred Caregivers can also provide more services to their loved ones with fewer restrictions.
Contact us today to see how you can join the Sky Point Family! Call us, send us an email, or enter your information and we will be in contact with you shortly.
Behavior Management, also called behavior modification, is a strategy we use to help clients change negative actions within specific settings. Our consultants work together with the client's team and family to implement appropriate replacement behaviors and environmental changes for success.
Indiana Medicaid offers coverage for the Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) home and community based services (HCBS). This program provides services to youth ages 6-17, who have a diagnosis of Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).
Our Supported Living Department provides RHS, PAC, CHIO, Respite, Extended Services, and more! We are proud to be family-oriented and allow family members to work with their loved ones. We serve eligible adults and children with developmental delays, mental, physical, or emotional challenges.
Sky Point is staffed with qualified Employment Specialists. These approved specialists use structured intervention techniques to help clients learn job skills, identify career goals, and meet employer specifications.
