Francis has over 15 years of experience in social work, from starting off as a Direct Support Professional, Waiver Case Manager, and a guardian. Francis has strong leadership skills and excels in motivating his team through personal dedication to quality, constructive dialogue, and an uncompromised work ethic.

Dana holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston University and is a licensed social worker. Dana also has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Manchester University. Dana takes pride in the quality of her work and excels in building relationships with others. Dana is a natural-born mentor and loves to guide, train, and motivate others. Dana serves as the Chief Culture Officer and focuses her time on building a strong and caring culture at Sky Point.

Emily attended Indiana Tech and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Management. Emily prides herself in building relationships and ensuring her employees are well-supported and successful in their role. As the Director of Development, Emily is responsible for maintaining employee relations and cultivating a culture that promotes unity, creativity, innovation, and growth at Sky Point. In 2023, Emily earned her SHRM-Certified Professional credential through the Society of Human Resources.

Kyle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Trine University and has been working in the social services field for over a decade, holding various administrative positions. Kyle possesses strong interpersonal skills and has a passion for advocacy, eliminating barriers and increasing community perception of the individuals that we serve. Kyle believes in empowering people to reach their full potential. Kyle oversees the day to day operations of Sky Point and ensures that the company is performing efficiently and effectively.

Megan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Manchester University and has served in community mental health for several years prior to joining Sky Point. Megan also has experience in education. She loves building relationships with others and has a passion for serving individuals with all abilities. Megan believes that all people should be treated with fairness and dignity, no matter their diagnosis. Megan oversees all of the programming at Sky Point, including Waiver, Therapeutic, and Employment Services.
