Sky Point Social Services is excited to announce that our very own Emily Kumfer has been promoted to Director of Development! Emily has been with Sky Point for over two years, working as a Program Manager. In her time here, Emily has proven to be a great asset to the company going above and beyond her job duties. She is passionate about our values and entirely on board with our mission and vision.
In her new role as the Director of Development, Emily will be responsible for maintaining employee relations and cultivating a culture that promotes unity, creativity, innovation, and growth at Sky Point Social Services. She will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Director of Programming to help improve the quality of the workplace environment and take a people-centric approach to their duties. This position will support all staff in their roles and ensure connectivity through engagement, communications, and mentoring. Additionally, Emily will work with the other directors to ensure that Sky Point has satisfied employees and robust talent management.
