Coffee & Conversations

On Friday, March 20th, we hosted our first Coffee and Conversations event with team members gathering at two locations—Electric Works downtown and Well Grounded Cafe. The purpose of this event was to create a relaxed, informal space for staff to share feedback, offering insight into how we’re doing as an organization and where we can grow. We had turnout at both locations and gained some valuable knowledge from those that work closest with our individuals. We are hoping to make this an ongoing event and would love to hear from even more of you!
